We pay attention to purchase the most important components in Germany. Thanks to this they are available over a long period. Updates not only keep our software on the latest state of technology, but also enable the user to use new functions. New technologies for the industry, like Bluetooth used for the automatic data transfers (e.g. the wireless transfer of residual oxygen-values to the welding machine), which make it easier for the operator and document the welding process.

The CompactOne is the smallest and lightest orbital welding machine in the world, combining portability with powerful performance. Its intuitive, smartphone-style interface allows automatic program creation and easy customization. Built with high-quality German components, it features an innovative Mass Flow Controller (MFC) for gas monitoring and documentation. Regular updates keep the system current, while two USB ports enable simple data transfer. A custom case with trolley option ensures easy transport.

The orbital welding system BasicPlus consists of an orbital control unit and a standard Lorch TIG power source, model T. All machine types of this series (18 different models) have an “Orbital software on board”.

Smart. Intuitive. Versatile.
With just three inputs; pipe diameter, wall thickness, and weld head type, the system automatically generates a welding program, guided by intuitive, welding-specific icons.
