You have the choice if you want to operate your orbital welding system with a wire-remote control, a wireless remote control or with our Bluetooth (class 1) 7“ Windows-remote control in tablet-style, with which you can control and document the whole welding process in connection with our Basic-welding system. Bluetooth Class 1 ensures a long and save transmission. The cases of the remote controls are handy, self-explanatory and communications are transmitted by the built-in SMD-LED.

The RC TouchOne is a 7”-Windows remote control (Bluetooth class 1), with which the whole welding process can be controlled and documented in connection with our Basic-welding system.

The RC TouchOne is a mobile wireless remote control, which works with the BasicPlus orbital welding system. The components are composed as a modular system.

The easy operation guide and program-creation in smartphone-style (device calculates welding programs by itself) and the many possibilities of the easy usable software are outstanding. The operator can create welding programs and send them to the orbital welding machine. The same is for the documentation of the welding parameters. The operator has the possibility to customize the device to his needs. Easy and discreet notifications make the communication with the machine easier. A rash of helping functions are available for the operator. The most important functions and information can be seen and selected on the main screen.

The data between the RC TouchOne and the orbital welding machine are transmitted via Bluetooth class 1. This ensures a long and save tramission. The battery-block makes it possible to operate the device over a complete working day. After finishing, the device is put in the belonging charging-shell.

The RCplus+ has 2 operation levels: Test- & welding mode (working mode)

  • Modification of oscillation width also while welding
  • Modifications of the currents and wire speeds also while welding

Thanks to a built in, internal LED-light, the operating condition “welding” is indicated by flashing of the LED. If you are in the modification-mode while welding, the flashing phase ON is longer than OFF (optical identification if modifications are locked or free).
In case of a fault indication, it flashes in the same binary like the signal of the welding machine.

For control via radio remote control, an associated, paired RCplus+ cable remote control is always required.
Advantage: Can be used on any welding system, since no communication is requested internally, but rather between the remote controls.

RCplus+wireless-Fernbedienung-Remote_Control for orbital welding

With the wireless remote control (Bluetooth class 1) you can work mobile over long distances. It has an own graphic display and works in real-time with the orbital welding machine Basic.

Has 2 operation surfaces: Test- & welding mode (work mode)

Test mode: Control function over:

  • water flow
  • gas flow
  • rotary motions wire & engine
  • welding mode / don’t weld

Work mode: Can control the following parameters with the remote control:

  • current change
  • speed of wire and engine
  • controlled finish of the welding process

Wireless up to 100 meters due to Bluetooth class 1 connection.
All operation fields same as RC plus
