Purge caps

• World’s first purge cap from a 3D printer
• Available from DA 6 to DA 323 mm
• In certain industries, inserting purge gas components. The purge cap is placed over the outside end of the pipe and fixed in place via a large screw thread using a union nut. On the inside are two doughnut-shaped TPU air cushions which exert pressure on the exterior of the tube when screwed into place.
• A hose connector is located in the middle of the screw body.
• This can either be a clamping wedge ring fitting (Swagelok) or plug-in coupling (Festo-SMC).
