Optimal communication between orbital welding machine and welding head
The rolling system is a tool which enables to operate big dimensions. Like on each other of our weld heads, this one communicates with our orbital welding machines in real-time.
With the unique construction, gain-conversions and the use of smooth drive belts, it has succeeded to realize the tool in connection to a “normal” orbital welding machine. The parameters “extend” respectively “speed “have been implemented in the software.
Like on our turn tables, the same supports for the adjustment, pivoting disks, wire holders, linear thrust units and hose packages in gas- or water cooled version, can be used.
Rolling system TR 1000
Designed for welding railing pipe supports onto flanges and covers, the TR-1000 roller stand offers stable support and precision during welding operations.
Roller Stand: Includes integrated motor control and a 5,000 mm (16.40 ft) ground cable for seamless operation.
Linear Guide Unit: Features a 3D articulated arm with a torch grip for precise positioning and control.
