Swirl nozzles, Forming gas double plugs
Swirl Nozzles are designed to ensure optimal and fast purging gas dispersion, making them ideal for high-quality weld preparations.
They are made to fit perfectly with our 7 different colored silicone plugs, which range in size from an inside diameter of 9 mm to 110 mm (0.35″ to 4.33″). The color coding from white to black provides an easy visual reference for each diameter. Made from silicone with a Shore hardness of 35, the plugs are heat-resistant up to a maximum of 300°C. Together, the Swirl Nozzles and plugs form the perfect kit for the best and fastest purging results.
