Our OS linear units can be ordered from 100 mm to 3 m (3.94″ to 9 ft 10 “). These linear welding devices can be used for applying of material on surfaces, welding of corner seams on metal boxes, welding of strips and many more.
A toothed belt was used as the drive system which guarantees a quiet run.

The OrbitalService linear welding device OS-LINEAR can be ordered from 100 mm to 3,000 mm (3.94″ to 9 ft 10 “).
A toothed belt was used as the drive system which guarantees a quiet run.

The system is equipped with two emergency stop switches, which are mounted on both ends.
The process distance is set via two individually adjustable read sensors.
The system can be equipped with our wire system, arc voltage control and our oscillation.
