The OrbiBug is a TIG welding robot which is fitted on a ring and drives around a pipe during welding.

  • Compact design with light weight (15 kg / 33 lbs)
  • Arc Voltage Control integrated to compensate 25mm/1″ stroke ( + /-12. 5mm, + /- 0.5″)
  • Oscillator integrated. Capacity of 25mm / 1″ stroke.
  • Wire feeder integrated with manual adjustment of 3 axes (X, Y and Z)
  • Possibility to use 1 kg / 2,2 lbs or 5 kg / 11 lbs wire spools
  • Manual Quick lock and unlock system to move the welding head manually
  • 4 meters / 13 feets water cooled hose package with 90 degrees square automatic torch integrated
  • Every diameter needs its own ring
  • The minimum diameter is 200 mm / 7.874″
  • The maximum diameter is 1219 mm / 48″
