With our assortment of electropolishing devices, you can clean and passivate your welding seams at once without input of toxic bating chemicals.
With the innovative high current cleaning devices, the welding seams can be cleaned very fast from oxidations, tempering colours and even scalings without the use of conventional toxic mordant.
Millions of small arcs on the ends of our carbon fibre brushes, remove all contaminations on high-alloyed stainless steels and even NE-metals like copper.
The cleaning efficiency is achieved through a high current in relation with the power of the arc, which makes it possible to resign to the use of hydrogen fluoride or sulphuric acid.
Only non-toxic electrolytes are used, which are also used as the food additive E338, for example in Coke-beverages.
The cleaning- and marking machine Cleanox IV unites four functions in one compact device: It removes tempering colours and oxide-films from TIG-welding seams and passivates the surface at once. It polishes stainless steel-surfaces and welding seams and it marks. The device is easy to handle with a central rotary switch; with his high duty-cycle it is suitable for the professional use.
Cleaning and passivating welding seams in unequalled speed and precision until now: The high capacity of the device and millions of small arcs on the tip of the carbon fibre brushes, clean TIG-, MIG and MAG-welding seams quickly and accurate. Even hard-soldered components are no problem anymore. With the innovative carbon fibre brush, you can achieve hardly accessible angles and radiuses, which are hard to achieve with our proven carbon electrodes and felts. The very fast cleaning capacity with the simultaneous passivating grows your productivity – all without mordant-products which are harmful to the environment.
